A NON-REFUNDABLE $150 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TATTOO APPOINTMENTS.

72 hours is required to reschedule most appointments; 7 days are required to reschedule appointments that are booked for 5hours or more.

The following conditions will also forfeit your deposit:

• you no-show, no-call your appointment
• you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice
• you will be arriving more than 25 minutes late, even with notice
• you cancel the appointment without rescheduling
• you need to reschedule an appointment more than once
• you arrive sick, intoxicated, lacking proper government ID, or otherwise unfit for your appointment
